Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how City Layer Tours ("we", "us", "our"), reachable at citylayertours.com, collects and uses information when you book or take one of our tours.
Information we collect
When you book a tour, we collect the information needed to process your booking: your name, email address, and payment details (handled by our booking and payment providers, not stored by us directly). If you contact us by email, we keep that correspondence to respond to you.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm and manage your booking, communicate with you about your tour, and respond to your inquiries. We don't sell your information to third parties.
Third-party services
Bookings and payments are processed through our third-party booking platform, which has its own privacy practices governing the information it handles on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to measure how visitors find and use our site (Google Analytics), and to show and measure our advertising (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, HubSpot). These tools are ours and run directly on the page — no third-party consent service is involved. Analytics is on by default, and you can refuse it at any time with the Cookies button in the footer of every page: the site keeps working, exactly the same.
Text message (SMS) communications
When you book a tour, you may receive text messages (SMS) from us at the phone number you provide, for booking confirmations, reminders, updates about your tour, and replies to your questions. By providing your phone number at booking, you consent to receive these messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at hello@citylayertours.com. We never share your phone number with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us at the address below.
